Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good day today. The work day went by pretty smoothly and I managed to get a lot done.I also had a pretty good lunch and after dropping the bags of clean laundry off,I headed for home.
After I got home,I did some more personal PC work.I finished off my personal e-mail work that I started while on break at work.I even called around to find a safety belt to replace the current one that I have that really doesn't want to work properly when it should. While it did work tonight while I was leaving and on my home from the meeting,I still feel that it should be replaced because I really can't take it when something doesn't really want to work when it should.I did find one and I will be getting it tomorrow after I am done with the laundry pick up.
The SSA support group meeting went great. It was wonderful to lift off some more emotional baggage and to hear what the other men in the group had to say.It was also wonderful to be heard and not be judged according to my past experiences with religion, including those negative experiences with my father.I did share a little bit of positive tonight about when I used to go to church when I was younger and help out in the nursery while my mom was in the upstairs chapel. That happens to be my only positive experience with religion.Right now,I am in the middle of the road and I am still deliberating as to what I am going to do churchwise. But whatever I do,I hope that I will finally start to have healthy relationships that will make me want to go to church every Sunday. As of now,I haven't made any decisions.
I wore my Walk-Fit arch supports today and I hardly felt any pain while walking in them.It was wonderful.I am going to be wearing these every day and I will get a couple more for my dress shoes.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I hope that the pick-up goes smoothly.I also have an appointment with my sexual abuse support counselor tomorrow afternoon and I hope that the session with her goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
