Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good day today.
The laundry pick-up went as well as expected.There was no mess to clean up.Before I sorted everything out,I had my lunch and after I finished,I sorted everything in the basement of the work place before going over to a friends house to pick him up so he could look at a vehicle that I was selling at my house.
On the way there,I stopped at a nearby supermarket to turn in some bottles that were in the back seat.I felt that I had to because his girlfriend was looking to accompany us to look at the vehicle.But I got a call from him on my cell phone that his girlfriend wasn't coming along because she chose to babysit his brother's dog.
When we got to my house,we went to the back yard where the vehicle was.Originally,we had a tough time starting the vehicle but we managed to turn it over and let it run for about 5-10 minutes.Apparently,before I can sell it to him,I have to buy an alternator because the alternator needs to be replaced.It has been sitting there in the back for almost a year and that is why it needs to be replaced.I have to do some searching for this and I know that I have to take the old one off before I can get the replacement one.But he has said that he is still going to buy it regardless of this and I told him that I should have the new alternator on before the sale is final.We have an agreement that he will pay me in payments and the vehicle will remain at my place while he is doing so.After that,I dropped him off at his home.
I also had to do some grocery shopping for dinner tonight.It was only a few items and I managed to find everything that I needed.After paying for the items,I went to my mechanic's garage to pay him a small installment in what I owe him for the recent repairs that he made on my car's exhaust system when it broke down earlier this year.I still owe him a small amount and that will be it for that.I still owe him for a couple of brand new tires that he put on late last year when my car was experiencing vibrations when I drove at speeds of 45-55 miles per hour.But I am hoping to have that paid very soon when I get this last thing paid for.
After a light dinner,I finished my personal PC work and I am now relaxing.I am anticipating the new day tomorrow.I am not sure what will become of it but I hope that it will be a very good one.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the shift goes well.After that,I am unsure what I will do but whatever I do,I hope that it will benefit me in a positive way.But I am thinking that I might stay home because there is a high possibility of lots of rain tomorrow and I just might stay home if it does.There is really nothing to do in my hometown when it rains.But I might watch a movie and relax for a while.Right now,it is only light rain but it supposed to get stormy later on tonight.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
