Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good day today.
The work day went by smoothly.I simply did my job and the rest took care of itself.I also had a very good lunch period and that helped make the day a little bit better.After my work day was over,I simply bagged everything that was clean and headed for home.
When I got home,I simply took it easy for a while and I also finished my personal PC work.It was nothing much.After that,I went out to get some chicken sandwiches at a local Wendy's for my mom and I to eat for dinner tonight.I had a meeting that I had to attend and this was my first meeting of the spiritually themed sexual addiction group and I wanted to make sure that I would get there on time and get the full benefits of it.After eating,I left home to go to the meeting.
The first meeting went by great.It was wonderful to share my feelings and also to hear others share their feelings.It was simply hearing and being heard that made me feel like a part of the group.It was wonderful and I am looking forward to the next meeting in a couple of weeks.I am hoping that the next meeting will be as wonderful as this one.
I am now at home relaxing.I just bathed a few minutes ago and I am feeling pretty good.The only thing now is that I am dealing with a headache.Though it is not a painful one,I still would like to get rid of it and I am hoping that a good nights sleep will do me good.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I am hoping that the pick-up goes well without any messes to clean up.As for the rest of the day,I haven't made any plans as of yet.But whatever I do,I hope that it benefits me positively.
