Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I ran a few errands.I had to buy a few things that I really needed.I also had to get out today because it was nice and I really didn't stand staying home.So,I went out and ran the errands and I had a fun time doing that.
I also finally got around to calling the group moderator and I explained my situation to him as to why I wasn't coming to the meetings.We talked for about 10 minutes and he understood my reasons and he even asked me as to how I am doing regarding the addictions and I said that it has been simply one day at a time,but it has been pretyy well.After we hung up,I told my mom that she could make her phone call because I was finished and she said okay.
After I ate dinner,I decided to do some last minute personal PC work and I also got an answer to a question that I asked regarding online issues with e-mail.That really made my night.
Last night,my night of entertaining the crowd went great.Some of the people from last week came out again and that made the night worthwhile.They all did some songs as well and we also had a few birthdays to celebrate,so we sang the song Birthday by The Beatles.It was yet another awesome night.I had a blast and that was really wonderful.
Tonight,before the night is through,I might go out and have a drink or two at the place where I entertain and I hope to have a nice talk or two with anyone who is there.
Tomorow is Labor Day,even though Monday,whether it's a holiday or not,is always a day off for me.But tomorrow,I have been invited out to lunch with a friend of mine who owns a record store.I am also hoping to get out to an Amvets store somewhere to take advantage of the 1/2 off sale that they are going to have.I am hoping that the day will be wonderful.
That was my weekend and my hopes for the start of the new weekend ahead.FJ
