Tonight,I am feeling okay.I had a pretty good day today.
The work shift went as smoothly as it was expected.I simply got a lot done in the short period of time that I had.After it was done,I bagged the clean laundry and dropped it off at the rehab center.I headed for home afterwards.
On the way home,I stopped at my regular drug store to pick up my high blood pressure medication.While there,I saw an old schoolmate of mine from my graduating class,whom I saw last when I went grocery shopping for my mom several months ago.It was a pleasure to see her and talk with her.I also saw another schoolmate of mine who was with her,whom I have not seen in almost 20 years.It was a treat seeing them both at the same time.After they left the store,I headed straight home after that.
When I got home,I dropped off my stuff and I headed out again.I had to go and pay the water bill at the local city hall and I also had to mail out some important bills that my mom needed mailed out.I also had to do a little bit of shopping for my mom for dinner tonight.After that,I headed straight home and didn't stop for nothing.I just wanted to get home and relax for the rest of the day.
Today's weather was very HOT,HAZY,HUMID & MUGGY.This is why I was anxious to get all the stuff home and take it easy for the rest of the day.I even did some personal work at home while my mom laid down for a while.It was nothing really special.It was just something that I needed to do.
After I ate,I decided to catch up on some last minute computer work.I also managed to register a couple of more bills at Where's George and I have now caught up on things for today.I can now relax and take it easy until it's time for me to go to bed.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the shift works out well.After that,it's the weekend.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
