Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today was my day off.I really didn't have too much to do.When I got up,I had a quick breakfast and I laid down again.When I finally did get up for good,I proceeded to get on with my day.
The only thing that I did today was that I went to a local supermarket to pick up several things that my mom needed.It was quite a lot and I had to make two trips to my vehicle to get the stuff when I got home.Not only that,I had to drive really carefully because the roads were really covered with snow and it has been snowing like crazy for the past few days.I am hoping that the snow starts falling soon.
When I got home,I did my personal PC work and I watched a little bit of TV.
After eating a light dinner,I decided to watch the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for quite some time.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling up to par.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I am hoping that the depression passes very soon.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the day goes smoothly.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ

This morning I received a message from Facebook saying my account had been affected somehow by a Security problem. The other day I got another spam message using your name and opening it it was somehow connected to some Health thing. Thought nothing about it at the time but now think someone is using your name (account here or FB) to infiltrate other peoples sites. If I get back onto FB I will be deleting you as friend only because I want to restore my page. Nothing against you as I love you man, just to be safe. Let me know any thoughts you might have here.

I am sorry for the inconveniences that you are experiencing. I am also sorry about any problems that you are having with any of your accounts. I have also been experiencing some problems as well. I am hoping to have them straightened out soon. I have already made some changes to my accounts and I am sorry that you received a SPAM message. I want to reassure that I did not send the message nor did I authorize it. Two days ago, I saw that there were a lot of "Failure Notices" in my e-mail box and that there was a link in there concerning prescription drugs.
Again, I apologize for any inconveniences and I hope that there are no hard feelings.
