Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
The work day went smoothly.I simply did what I had to do in the allotted time and when I was finished,I bagged everything that was clean and I dropped it off at the rehab center.I headed for home after that.
On the way home,I stopped at the post office to mail out a few letters that needed to be mailed out.After that,I stopped at a local Dollar General store to pick up a few things.I headed straight home after that.
When I got home,I relaxed for a bit and took it easy.I also did some personal PC work.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling up to par.I have been taking my meds.I have also been working and socializing when I can but I am still feeling depressed.I am hoping that I get over this soon.
Tomorrow is simply a pick-up day.I am hoping that the pick up goes smoothly.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
