Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the early afternoon and I had a quick breakfast.I also had a couple cups of coffee.After that,I watched an episode of a DVD set that I have of a TV show.I headed out to run something for myself.
I stopped at a local pizzeria to buy a few slices of pizza for a late lunch.After eating them at a local park,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at the local Big Lots to purchase a few things.After paying for them,I headed straight home.
When I got home,we sat down to eat while we watched the evening news.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling up to par.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this slump real soon.
Tomorrow is my day off.I have an appointment with a GM service mechanic and I hope that everything goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
