Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
I woke up in the early afternoon and had a quick breakfast.I also had a couple cups of coffee.After that,I got dresses and headed over to the public library.
On the way to the library,I stopped at a local Burger King and had a Double Cheeseburger.After that,I headed over to a garage sale and bought a few used DVD's.I headed straight to the library afterwards.
When I got to the library,I sat down at a computer and started to browse the internet.I did some e-mail work and I registered all the bills that I had at the Where's George site.After stamping all the bills,I read from a few movie review books before heading for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a local gas station to get some gas and I bought another DVD at a local Family Video.After paying for the DVD,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I put the DVD's away and I relaxed for a bit.I also bathed while dinner was being prepared.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling the way I should feel.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this slump real soon.
As for the rest of the weekend,I have made no plans but whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
