Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today was my day off.I woke up in the early afternoon and had a quick breakfast alongside a couple cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to the post office.I had to mail out a bill and payment.After that,I went to the local Wal-Mart to purchase a few things that my mom needed.After paying for the items,I headed straight home.
When I got home,my mom and I headed out to do the grocery shopping and we headed back home after that.
I headed back out after helping mom unpack.I went to the public library to do my personal computer work and I registered a few bills at the Where's George site.After that,I headed over to a local supermarket to pick up a few more things that my mom needed.I also headed back to the local Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things that I wanted.
After eating,I headed back out again to type this.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling right.I am taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when i can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this funk soon.
Tomorrow is a work day.I hope that the day goes well.
