Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the early afternoon.I had a quick breakfast and a couple cups of coffee.After that,I relaxed for a bit and I proceeded to get on with my day.
Firstly,I went to do my laundry at a local laundromat.It took a little over 2 hours to do but I got it done.After folding the laundry,I headed straight home to put the laundry away.After that,I relaxed and took it easy.
After eating,I decided to go out again and do some shopping at the local Big Lots!I bought some DVD's while there.After paying for the DVD's,I headed straight home but not before I went to a local movie theatre to see what was playing there.
When I got home,I opened the DVD's to check them out and I added them to my ever growing collection.After that,I watched a little bit of 60 Minutes before doing my personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for the past several months.I see no sign of this ever letting up.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still can't seem to snap out of it.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can get out of this slump pretty soon.
Tomorrow is my day off.I hope that the day goes well.
