Tonight,I am still feeling down.I had a pretty fair day today.
Today,I woke up in the early afternoon and had a quick breakfast.I also had a couple cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with my day.
I first went to the public library to do some personal PC work.I also registered a whole bunch of bills at the Where's George site.I headed for home after that.
On the way home,I stopped at a local supermarket to pick up a couple of things and I also went to a nearby Dollar Tree store to pick up something there.After paying for the items,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unbagged everything and put the stuff in their proper places.I relaxed and took it easy afterwards.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
I am still feeling depression.I have been feeling this way for over the past year.I have been doing everything in my power to help alleviate the symptoms but I am still not feeling the way I should.I have been taking my meds.I have been working and socializing when I can but I am still depressed.I hope that I can snap out of this funk soon.
As for the rest of the weekend,I have made no plans but whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
