Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and took a bath.After my bath and shave,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual two cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
Today,I took a drive out to Buffalo NY and check out a couple of used record stores in the area.When I got to the first store,I found an awful lot of good vinyl and a few singles.After paying for those,I headed over to the next store and also found some good vinyl there.After paying for those at the other location,I headed over to a nearby restaurant to have lunch.After eating,I headed over to a nearby supermarket to pick up a small thing that my mom wanted me to get.After paying for that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I brought in the groceries and all of my small personal stuff.After that,I went back out to my car to bring in all the vinyl that I bought.It sure is a lot.After that,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.
After eating a light dinner,I watched the evening news for a while and I went out to the public library to do some personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good and very busy day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a day to day basis and I am taking them as a one day at a time thing.I am still in therapy and I am still taking my medication as directed.
As for tomorrow,I have to go to the tax preparers office to pick up some paper work.After that,I also have to do some shopping for my mom.I hope that the day goes good.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
