Tonight,I am still on the road to feeling better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I wok eup in the late morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.After washing up and getting dressed,I headed out to do some errands and some other personal stuff.
I first headed over to a local Dollar General store and picked up a couple of things there.After paying for them,I headed to the library to do some personal PC work,which included registering a few bills at the Where's George site.After that was done,I headed over to anearby supermarket to pick up a few more things that my mom wanted me to get.After having a quick lunch at a nearby restaurant,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unpacked all the stuff that I had bought and put them in their proper places.I relaxed and watched TV for a while after that.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with depression.I still deal with the symptoms on a day to day basis and I am being optimistic.I am still in therapy and I am still taking my medication as directed.I hope that I still continue to feel better in the days ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
