Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After I watched a little TV,I bathed,got dressed,did some personal PC work and proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After having a quick lunch,I headed over to the public library to do some more personal PC work.After that was finished,I headed back home.
On the way home,I stopped at the local Wal-Mart to pick up a bottle of shampoo.I was running low on my previous bottle.After paying for it,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I put the shampoo in it's proper place and I relaxed for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sesions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days ahead.
As for the rest of the weekend,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ

So far , the weekend, weatherwise, has been wet. It has been raining non-stop. We are supposed to get more rain tomorrow as well. I just hope that the rain stops soon. I am getting tired of it.

Your weekend has been wet and ours here has been extremely windy, tired of it as well but I guess the sun shining despite it is surely nice. So good to hear back from you and hope your coming week is a good one.

WOW! You have had some extremely windy weather. Like you, I am tired of this but it isn't over yet. The area that I live in is under a flood watch until early tomorrow morning. I just hope that the rain stops soon. We are supposed to get more rain tomorrow as well.
I will keep checking with the NOAA weather website for my region. I hope that there will be sunshine on the horizon soon. We had nice weather for a while but then starting with Friday, it's been non-stop rain.

When there is a watch, there really is no danger. But if it were a warning, than I would be. As stated, I will continuing to check the NOAA weather website for my region. They should have yours for your region as well.
