Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched some TV and did some personal PC work,which I managed to get done despite some problems with the IE8 browser.But again,I got it done.After I was done with that,I bathed to clean myself up,got dressed and proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I first went to a local supermarket to deposit a jar full of pennies to get some much needed cash.I am really hurting financially hurting at the moment and any cash that I can get,the better.After that,I headed over to the public library to do some stuff that I couldn't do on my home computer and after that was done,I stopped at a Salvation Army thrift store in the area to simply look around and not really buy anything because as stated,I really don't have the money to thrift shop hop much.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched a movie that I popped into the DVD player while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day,despite some internet browser issues.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days ahead.
Tomorrow,I am hoping to attend a church service in my hometown.After that,I don't have much plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ

A jar full of pennies, I wish I could give you my jar full - here in Canada we have to have them all rolled (50 in each) or else they won't accept them, drat (I will get around to rolling them SOME day!!!)
We had a major rainy day here so stayed in most of the day, got some art work worked on and am so happy for that. On holiday for the next couple weeks so will get more done and maybe even get away for a few days.
Take good care and look forward to hearing from you. Hope church is great tomorrow, home town, I'd like to do that again some time, been a long time.

In my hometown of Niagara Falls, NY USA, we have a machine called Coinstar and we use this to turn our change in for cash. The machine is available in both Tops and Wal-Mart stores. Maybe one of these days, those machines will come to Canada. Anything can happen nowadays.
We have had a mixed bag here weatherwise. We have had some cool days and some really hazy, hot and humid days. But I am hoping that everything will straighten up soon.
You also take care. I will be e-mailing you the minute that I sign out of here. It will be quite a bit and I will also be letting you what has happened since my last e-mail.
