Tonight,my road to recovery continues to go smoothly and positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and I had my usual quick breakfast.I also had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
Firstly,I had to turn in another job application.It was an application to work for the area school district as a janitorial worker.After turning in my job application,I headed over to the polls to vote,which were in the same building.After I cast my votes,I headed for the bank to withdraw some money for my mom.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed from my neat clothes into my usual casual clothes.After that,I headed over to the public library to do my personal PC work.
On the way there,I stopped at the post office to mail out a few important letters.After that,I had lunch at a nearby pizzeria.After eating,I headed straight for the public library.
When I arrived there,I immediately sat down at a computer to do my personal PC work.The very last thing that I did was that I registered all the money at Where's George and after that,I headed for the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up some groceries.
After finding the groceries and paying for them,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do nor any place else to go.
When I got home,I unpacked all the groceries and put them in their proper places.I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also watched a DVD while I relaxed for a bit.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to go positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am doing that on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the days ahead.FJ
