Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After fixing my mom's breakfast and heating up some leftover soup for a quick lunch,I headed out to do some things.I first stopped at a pizzeria to have a slice of pizza.After that,I headed over to the public library to do my personal PC work,which took a while to get finished.
After that was done,I headed over to Best Buy to buy myself a new computer system so I can go online at home and save some gas at the same time.After doing business at Best Buy and buying a new computer,I headed straight home to hook it up.
When I got home,I took the new unit out of the box and hooked it up to my monitor,keyboard and speakers.After that,I tested the unit and it works great.I can now surf the net from home and not have to worry about my gas mileage.It is great to finally have a computer again at the house.
After that,I relaxed and watched a little bit of TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and since I now have a computer again at home,I did my first personal PC work at home in so long a time.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to go well,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I will be going to church and I am hoping that the service will be wonderful.As for the rest of the day,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
