Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good and eventful day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and bathed to clean myself up.After that,I had a quick breakfast and the usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I dressed up to attend the morning's church service.
The service was wonderful.It was great to be around others and worshiping with them.After the service and some talk,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I dressed into my casual clothes and prepared my mom's breakfast.After that,I washed all the dishes and headed out to do some personal stuff.
I first stopped at the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things.After paying for them,I headed for the public library to do some personal PC work.After that was finished,I headed over to Best Buy to pick up my new computer and after that,I headed straight home and I was there to stay for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to nor anyplace else to go.
When I got home,I hooked my computer up and afterwards,I tested it to see if it would work and it does.I am now glad to have a computer at home again.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good and eventful day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benfits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
