Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good,if uneventful,day today.The weather was a little cold and some light winds.The ground was also still wet after the rainstorm we had last night.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual quick breakfast.I also had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I didn't have too much to do.It was simply a boring day and after running a small errand,which was to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things,I simply headed back home to relax and take it easy for a while and I also watched TV while doing so.
In the midst of running that small errand,I stopped to see how a friend was doing because I hadn't spoken with him in the last several days.After spending a few minutes with him,I headed to finish what I had planned before I headed back home.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good,if uneventful,day.
Though my recovery continues to go positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping that my recovery continues to go well in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I will be going to church in the morning and in the afternoon,I am planning to get my laundry done.I hope that the day goes well for me and that everything works out.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
