Tonight,my road to recovery continues to be positive.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I did my personal PC work,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I really didn't have too much to do today.Since I now do my personal PC work at home as a result of me having a new computer,I only had a few things to do.
I first stopped in to see a friend of mine to see how he was doing.After spending a few minutes with him,I headed out to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a few things.After paying for those items,I headed straight home and until the time that I went to babysit for my niece,that is where I stayed for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while,did some quick looking in my e-mail accounts and went over to babysit for my niece.It was wonderful tonight to babysit for her.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have to take my mom to a doctor's office in the next county.After that,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
