Happy Veteran's Day to all the veterans past and present in the USA and Canada,which they call Remembrance Day.
Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning hours,though I did have a hard time trying to wake up and stay awake,and I bathed.After my bath,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I did my personal PC work and I got ready to proceed with the rest of the day.I really didn't have too much planned since today is a legal holiday as there was no mail delivery and the banks were all closed.After finishing on my PC,I got dressed and left the house for a while.
I had only one thing planned this early afternoon.I simply went to a local community kitchen to have lunch and after I was done eating,I headed straight home as I had really nothing else planned until my mom asked me to get her some pills to help relieve her pain,which I went to purchase after relaxing at home for a while and took it easy.While I was out,I received a much awaited phone call regarding a job prospect and I called back and left a message and I was hoping that I would hear from them again before the end of the day.
After coming home with the pain medication,I relaxed again for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I will be going to the bank to hopefully withdraw some money.After that,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
