Tonight,my road to recovery continues to be on a positive track.I had a pretty good today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and bathed to clean up.After my bath,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I did my personal PC work and got dressed.I had some important stuff that I needed to do.
I first headed over to the bank to withdraw some money for my mom and myself.After that,I headed straight home with the money as I was going to register them on Where's George before using them for anything.
When I got home,I immediately went to my computer and I registered all the money on the site and after stamping them,I proceeded to get on with the rest of the day.
After having a quick lunch at home,I headed over to a local fabric store to pick up some embroidery yarn for my mom and after paying for that,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped to see a friend of mine and after a few minutes with him,I headed straight home and I stayed there for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while and I watched a little bit of TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively and I have not been in any ruts for a long time,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I will be attending church as usual and in the afternoon,I will be doing my laundry.I hope that everything works out well for me tomorrow.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
