Tonight,I am feeling a little bit better.I did not have too exciting of a day today.I did the laundry pick-up today but I did have to pick up a mess.It was not too big a mess to clean but it was still a mess nonetheless.After picking it up,I dropped the laundry off at the worksite and after doing someone a favor,I finished an errand for my mom and went home.I did my personal PC work and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon.
I did attend my support group meeting at the church tonight and it went great.I got to shed some more emotional baggage and it made me feel better.There was also a lot of reflections about the member that died so suddenly.I guess that we are all going to miss him always.It's still hard to believe that he's gone.
There was an unfortunate accident tonight in the church parking lot.An 11 year old boy ran over a pothole in the parking lot and got hurt after he took a terrible tumble on the concrete.I stayed a little while longer until help arrived.When the ambulance arrived,I waited until it left the parking lot.The boy's father also was there and he followed the ambulance to the local hospital.I said to his father that I hope his son recovers soon.I did pass on that they should work on getting that pothole filled and they said that they would work on it.After that,I went home.
Tomorrow is a work day.I hope that the shift goes well.
That was my day today and my hoped for day tomorrow.FJ
