Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.The day was not too eventful but I managed to get some stuff done.I went to the bank to withdraw some money for my mom and I also went shopping.The supermarket that I went to was having a sale on Progresso soups and Banquet brown and serve sausages and I managed to pick up some of them.We had one of the soups for dinner tonight and it was really good.It was wonderful.
Most of the day,I simply relaxed and took it easy.The day was not very good weatherwise.It was cold and rainy.There is really nothing to do on a cold and rainy day where I live so I stayed home for much of the day.I also woke up late in the early afternoon.But still,I took it easy and I just let everything go on it's own.
I attended my weekly anger management/conflict resolution group meeting tonight and the meeting went great.It was wonderful to be in the group and participate in the conversations.I simply shared what was going on with me and how I was feeling and it was wonderful to be heard and to hear what others had to say.I left getting a lot out of it and hoping to get some stuff out of it again in two weeks.There will be no meeting next week due to the observance of Martin Luther King's birthday being observed.But I do have one in two weeks and that is better than not having anything to go to.
Tonight is also the conclusion of the premiere of Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles and I am hoping that it is as awesome as last night's first part.I have been looking forward to watching this since I heard about it during the Christmas season and so far,it is pretty good.Again,I am hoping that the conclusion is just as awesome as the opener.
Tomorrow is a work day.I am hoping that the day goes smoothly.I also have my weekly support group meeting at the church and I am hoping that the meeting also goes well.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
