Tonight,I am feeling pretty good.I had a pretty good but busy day today.
The work shift went smoothly.I simply did what I had to do in the time allotted.Despite a shaky start to the day,the day went well and I was pleased with the results.After my job was finished,I bagged everything and I dropped it off at the rehab center before heading straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched another After School Special episode on my DVD set.I also got ready to go to my appointment with the new sexual abuse support counselor.
On the way to my appointment,I stopped to check up on a friend but he wasn't home.After that,I went to get some gas and I headed for the office to wait to see the counselor.
I didn't wait too long.I was called into the office a few minutes after arriving.We talked for about 20 minutes and we ended the session.It did go fairly well but we are looking forward to talking more on my next appointment,which will be in two weeks.
Before heading for home,I headed for the local hospital's emergency ward.I was feeling a resurgence of the same cold symptoms that I had two weeks ago.The in-house doctor there prescribed a nasal spray and some strong cough remedy.I got the prescriptions filled on the way home because I needed them right away.I headed straight home after they were filled.When I got home,I started using the nasal spray right away.I am feeling a little bit better nasal wise but I am still coughing a little.I will be taking a cough pill before I go to sleep tonight.
After eating a light dinner,I finished my personal PC work and I did some online browsing.Overall,a pretty good but busy day.
Regarding my SSA struggles,I had no problems nor did I have any images or cravings creeping up into my mentality.I am hoping that I can get through the day tomorrow unscathed.I am feeling pretty good as a result.
Tomorrow is another work day.I am hoping that the shift goes well.After that,it's the weekend.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
