Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,did my personal PC work,despite some issues with Internet Explorer(IE),as they are now becoming quite common as of late.I was also having some problems trying to log onto here to post this entry.I don't know what it can be causing this,but I hope that whoever does the maintenance for IE gets their act together fast.I really hate it when this happens.I had to close off IE several times in hopes that everything would work out fine and though that usually works,there at times that it doesn't work.I managed to finish it despite the issues.After that,I bathed to clean up and I got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I first went to a hair place to get my hair done.It was long overdue.My hair has really gotten unmanageable and I was glad to get it cut.After that,I went to the local Wal-Mart to pick up several things that my mom wanted me to get.After paying for those items,I headed straight home to drop the groceries off.I was hoping to head over to the public library to do some stuff that I couldn't do on my home computer,but due to the issues with IE on my own computer and waiting for the weekend free newspaper that usually comes in the morning,but didn't come until the afternoon.After that,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I helped put al the groceries away and I relaxed and took it easy for a while afterwards.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair day.
Though I am feeling better,I am continuing to deal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them one day at a time.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I am hoping to attend a church service in my hometown.After that,I am hoping to get around to cleaning out a closet here at home and donating the stuff that I can't use to the Salvation Army.I hope that everything works out the way that I want it to work.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
