Tonight,I am continuing to feel better as my recovery continues.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched some TV,did my personal PC work,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I had some stuff that needed to get done.After depositing some money in my mom's checking account,I headed over to the post office to drop a couple letters in there to be mailed out.After that,I headed over to a local hardware store to look for a long enough extension cord so I can finally use an air conditioning unit that I have been meaning to use for a long time.I am hoping to finally start using this as the room where my computer is is really hot and even the small turbo fan isn't doing any good in keeping the room cool.After that,I stopped at the local Wal-Mart to pick up something else.After that,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while and I also watched some TV.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I have been dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
AS for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it give me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
