Tonight,my road to recovery continues to go positively.I had a pretty fair,if uneventful day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual quick breakfast.I also had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,did my personal PC work,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
Today was not too eventful.It rained for most of the day and it was also chilly.It is also going to rain through the weekend and it will also be chilly.
I had only two things on my agenda for today.I went to a local card shop to pick up a birthday card for my nephew and a get well card for a friend of my mom.After that,I headed over to a local Dollar Tree store to pick up a pair of AA batteries.They didn't have the brand that I was looking for,so I headed over to a local Family Dollar store to see if they what I was looking for,which they did.After paying for them,I headed straight home and since it was raining,I stayed there for the rest of the day.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty fair,if uneventful,day.
Though my recovery continues to go smoothly,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for the weekend,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
