Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,like yesterday,I woke up earlier than usual because I had to take my mom to the eye doctor's office in the next county.I had my usual quick breakfast early and I also drank my usual 2 cups of coffee early.I also had to prepare my mom's breakfast earlier than usual and after that,I ran through my personal PC work as quick as I could and after that was finished,I washed my hair over the sink.After that,I got dressed and after my mom was finished dressing,we got ready to go the eye doctor's office.It was going to be a long drive down so I wanted to make sure that we were there on time.
When we got to the office,we waited for the doctor to call for my mom and when he did,she went in back for her examination.
The eye doctor gave her a good report and after that,we headed straight home.
When we got home,my mom undressed and laid down and I went and took my bath to clean myself up and got dressed again to proceed with the rest of my day.
I didn't have too much to do today.I only had one errand to run.I simply went to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things.After paying for them,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do nor any place else to go.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to go well,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have an appointment to get my oil change done.After that,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
