Tonight,my road to recovery continues to go positively.I had a very good and eventful day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and bathed to clean myself up.After the bath and shave,I got dressed up and headed out to door to attend the morning's church service.I was looking forward to that with much anticipation after yesterday's men's meeting.
The service was wonderful.I had a wonderful time and the fellowship after the service was also truly wonderful.I am looking forward to next Sunday's worship service with a lot of anticipation as today.Starting next week,the pastor will be conducting classes about the basics of the church and I am looking forward to those.I headed straight home after everything was complete.
When I got home,I heated up some leftovers for a quick lunch and I did my personal PC work afterwards.After that was finished,I watched a movie in my DVD player as I had nothing else to do.
The weather was rainy and very chilly.As stated,I had nothing else to do,so I simply relaxed and took it easy and watched a movie in the DVD player.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a very good and eventful day.
Though my recovery continues to go positively,I still have to deal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have to withdraw some money for my mom so the bills can be paid.I will also be registering them tomorrow at the Where's George site.After that,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
