Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up earlier than usual and had my usual quick breakfast alongside my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I got dressed and I headed over to the garage to get my car fixed so it would pass inspection.It took a little over 2 hours,but it was finished.After paying for the repairs,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a local supermarket to pick up several things that were needed.After paying for the items,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I unpacked all the groceries and put them in their proper places.After that was finished,I bathed to clean myself up and got dressed again and did my personal PC work.After that,I left the house as I had so much to get done that I had to really hurry to get it done.
Firstly,I went to the post office to mail out some bills and after that was finished,I headed over to the public library to print a couple of things.After that was done,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I have been dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
