Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual quick breakfast.I also had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
Today,I had to take my car in for repairs.My car was due for inspection this month and it needed a couple of major jobs in order for it to pass.
Unfortunately,when I got to the garage to get the work done,they informed that they had another major job ahead and that they couldn't get to my car today.They advised me to simply bring the car back tomorrow morning and they would get right to it the minute that I brought it in.After that,I left and headed straight back home again,which is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched a little TV.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to be positive,I still have to deal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I will be taking my car back to the garage to get fixed and pass inspection after that.After that,I have made no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
