Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and bathed.After that,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After I was done,I got dressed and did my personal PC work.After that was done,I proceeded to get on with the rest of the day.
I had to take my mom to an eye doctor's office in the next county and it was quite a drive down.We waited for quite some time in the waiting room and when my mom was called in,she was in the office for a long time.After she was finished,we headed straight home
When we got home,I helped my mom into the house and I checked the answering machine to see if there were any messages on it,which there was.It was from the organization that is trying to help me find a job.I have an appointment with them on Thursday afternoon.We set the appointment up over the phone.I was a little disappointed that it wasn't from the person that I was hoping for.
After hanging up the phone,I relaxed and took it easy for a while and I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I have been dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
