Tonight,my road to recovery continues positively.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in really early morning and bathed to clean myself up.After that was done,I had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After watching a little bit of TV and doing my personal PC work,I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day as I had a lot to do today.
The first thing that I did was drop in on a friend to see how they were doing.After spending a few minutes with him,I headed out to finish the day.
I went to the post office to mail out some important stuff that needed to be mailed out.After that was finished,I headed over to a used appliance store to check out some used refrigerators because my mom is looking to buy a new one because the old one is going to the dogs.After looking around the store and talking with the people there about what I saw,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do nor anyplace else to go.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues to go well,I still have to deal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them one day at a time.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
