Tonight,I am continuing to feel better.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched TV,did my personal PC work,bathed to clean up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
I had only one real errand to run.I had to go out and get some light bulbs and other groceries that were needed for the house.After paying for them,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the remainder of the day as I had nothing else to do.
When I got home,I unpacked all the groceries and replaced a light bulb in the kitchen.After that,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,before my group meeting,I have to meet with the head of the organization to discuss other things pertaining to me.After that and the meeting,I have made no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ

Hi, just checking in to see how you're doing, thinking of you and praying things continue to improve, you are worth it. I hear it's kinda hot down your way these days, hope you can get a bit of relief soon. Take good care. Hope to hear from you soon.

Yep, it has been really HAZY HOT & HUMID in my neck of the woods. For the past 2 days, we have been having temps in the upper 90's, but with the heat and humidity we have been having, it feels like almost 100 or more degrees. I am also hoping that we get relief soon. I am already tired of all of this HAZY, HOT & HUMID weather. Yesterday, in my computer room, my niece's boyfriend help me put in an air conditioning unit for the computer room. The room is now much cooler as this room was the hottest room in the house with all that HAZINESS and HUMIDITY.
