Tonight,my recovery continues to be positive.I had a pretty good and eventful day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and took a bath to clean up.After my bath,I dried up and had my usual quick breakfast and my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I got dressed up while watching a little TV.When the time came,I headed over to a church service in my hometown.I was looking forward to attending with enthusiasm.It was the first church service that I attended in a long time.
The service was wonderful.I met some really wonderful people and the pastor was also a very nice guy.I am looking forward to next Sunday.I think that this will be the church that I will make my permanent worship place.I am hoping that they will let me be a member soon.
When I got home,I got out of my suit and I relaxed while waiting for my mom to wake up.While doing that,I heated up some leftover pizza from last night and ate it for lunch.When my mom woke up,I prepared her breakfast and after serving it to her,I got my clothes ready for the laundromat.Before heading for there,I went to a couple of places that I needed to go.I first stopped at a friends place to see how he was doing and give him some business.After that,I headed over to the local drug store to pick up my prescriptions and also,my mom's prescriptions.After paying the co-pay for them all,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I dropped the prescriptions off and headed for the laundromat.
When I got there,I started my laundry immediately.It took a half an hour to get done and also,the same amount of time to get them dry.After folding all of my clothes,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up several things that my mom wanted me to get.After paying for all of them,I headed over to the local Family Video to buy a DVD.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I sorted all the groceries out,put them in their proper places,and heated up a couple of TV dinners.
After eating,I watched a little bit of the evening news and after that,I headed over to my nieces house to do my personal PC work.After that was done,I headed straight home and I was home for the rest of the night.Overall,a pretty good and eventful day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am doing all of that on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have an appointment to get the emissions hose on my car's engine replaced.After that,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
