Tonight,my road to recovery continues smoothly.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had my usual quick breakfast.I also had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched some TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After making my mom's breakfast,I had a quick lunch of leftover homemade chicken noodle soup before heading out to do what I needed to do.I first headed over to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things that my mom needed.After dropping those things at home,I headed over to the public library to do some personal PC work.After that was done,I headed over to a friends house to see how they were doing.After a few minutes with them,I headed over to the local K-Mart to pick up a few things that I needed.After paying for those things,I headed straight home and that is where I stayed for the rest of the day as I had nothing else to do or anywhere else to go.
When I got home,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.Overall,pretty good day.
I just checked the track and confirm and the Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition program is out for delivery in today.Tomorrow,before anything,I am going to Best Buy to drop the program off and I hope that my computer will be home soon.
Though I am feeling better,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping top continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As stated,I am going to Best Buy tomorrow to drop the program off so my computer will finally be fixed.After that,I have made no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
