Tonight,my road to recovery continues to be positive.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
Firstly,I had an appointment with somebody in the organization to help finish filling out a job application.I also needed to have a resume completed as well.It took quite a while to get done and when we were finished,I Thanked them for helping me and I left the organization with a completed job application and resume and I am hoping that it lead to a job.
After leaving there,I headed for the public library to get some extra personal PC work done.I had to do some stuff that I couldn't do at the organization.It only took me half an hour and after I was finished,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while.I also watched some TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I headed over to my nices house to do some babysitting for her.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I am still dealing and struggling with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy session.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping that my recovery continues going well in the days ahead.
Tomorrow,I have to mail out some bills that need to be mailed out after I get money orders made to send them out.After that,I have no other plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
