Tonight,my road to recovery continues to be positive.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched TV,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
After a quick lunch,I headed out to do some errands.Firstly,I went to a local garage to get my emissions hose replaced,but the garage was closed as a result of it being a holiday.Disappointed,I headed over to the local Super Wal-Mart to pick up a few things that my mom needed.After paying for those things,I headed to the local supermarket across the street to pick up one more thing.After paying for that,I headed for home.
On the way home,I stopped at a gas station to get some gas.After that,I headed over to the local Salvation Army thrift store and bought some stuff.After paying for all of that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I srted out the groceries and put them in their proper places.After that was done,I relaxed and watched some TV for a while.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also went over to my nieces house to do my personal PC work.Overall,a pretty good day.
Though I am feeling better and my recovery continues positively,I still ghave to dal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
Tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I do,I hope that it gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
