Tonight,my road to recovery continues to go positively.I had a very good day today.
Today,I woke up in the early morning and had a quick breakfast.I also had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I watched a little TV,did my personal PC work,bathed to clean myself up and got dressed.I proceeded to get on with the rest of my day.
The only that I had on my agenda today was that I had to meet with the pastor of the church that I have been attending for a while.I felt that this would be a great thing for me to do in order to learn about the basics of the church and membership eligibility.I had high hopes for this meeting and hoping that it would go well.
The meeting actually went better than I thought that I would.The pastor and I had a wonderful talk and I left with a much more positive outlook on things.I headed straight home after that.
When I got home,I relaxed and took it easy for a while and I also watched a little bit more TV while doing so.
After eating,I watched the evening news for a while and I also did some more personal PC work.Overall,a very good day.
Though my recovery continues positively,I still deal and struggle with the symptoms of depression.I am dealing with them on a one day at a time basis.I am still attending my therapy sessions.I am also taking my medication as directed.I am hoping to continue feeling better in the days and months ahead.
As for tomorrow,I have made no plans.But whatever I choose to do,I hope that benefits are positive.
That was my day today and my hopes for the day ahead.FJ
