Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had 2 cups of coffee.After that,I showered quickly and when I was finished,I got dressed and had my usual quick breakfast.I also did my personal PC work and when I was finished with that,I watched a little TV.I also laid down and relaxed as I am still battling cold symptoms from the weekend.I am feeling a little bit better now,but I am still fighting the symptoms as I am still coughing,though not as much as before and I still have a dry scratchy throat.I am hoping to feel a lot better when the weekend hits.I don't want to have any cold symptoms when my interview comes up on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier this evening,I went to a local supermarket to pick up a gallon of milk and some frozen Chinese for dinner.I also managed to get a couple of egg rolls as well.When I got home,I heated up the frozen dinner that I bought and I ate it alongside the egg rolls.After I ate everything,I headed over to my Thursday night Holy Bible study group.
The group meeting went as wonderfully as expected,After some wonderful social time,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed into a pair of sweatpants and I prepared my coffee for the next morning.I did some more personal PC work.I also prepared for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
Since I am still trying to get over a cold,I will share my struggles with BPD/Schizophrenia and SSA when I am feeling better.
As for tomorrow,I have nothing really planned as it is going to be raining very heavily tomorrow until the evening.If the weather improves by tomorrow evening,I will head to my usual Friday night Celebrate Recovery group.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the day ahead.FJ
