Tonight,my rocky road to recovery continues moving forward.I had a pretty good day today.
Today,I woke up in the mid morning and I had my usual 2 cups of coffee.After that,I showered quickly and when I was finished with that,I got dressed and had my usual quick breakfast.I did my personal PC work after that and I also watched a little bit of TV.After that,I did a little bit more personal PC work.It was raining for much of the day today and I just stayed home to relax and take it easy.
After eating,I decided to head out to attend my usual Friday night Celebrate Recovery group,but ran into a major setback when my driver's side rear wheel went flat again and my former brother in-law came out to pump it again.He advised to head for home and I did.On the way home,I stopped at the drug store to pick up some nighttime cough medicine that also helps me with my nasal passages.After that,I headed straight home.
When I got home,I changed into my night clothes and I did a little bit more personal PC work.I also prepared for my evening retirement.Overall,a pretty good day.I also managed to get some recommended Holy Bible reading done as well.
I will update everyone here on my struggles when I am up to it.Right now,I am still working on getting rid of these terrible cold symptoms as they keep recurring no matter what I take for them,especially the coughing.
As for the weekend,with the exception of church as usual this coming Sunday morning,I have nothing else planned.But I hope that whatever I choose to do gives me positive benefits.
That was my day today and my hopes and plans for the upcoming weekend ahead.FJ
